Cafe Rio Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing

cilantro-lime-dressing, recipe

My good friend Tracie just reminded me that I never posted the recipe for dressing that goes with the Cafe Rio Pork. So here it is. We loved it! So much that we actually finished off an entire bag of baby carrots dipping them in this. It is really good!

Cafe Rio Salad Dressing

1 cup mayo
1 1/2-2 Tbsp. homemade dressing mix (you could use 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch mix)
