Autumn Apple Salad

Fruit salad doesn’t get much easier than this. Chop up some apples and nuts and toss everything in a bowl and you are good to go. I love the crunch of the toasted almonds mixed with the chewy Craisins. Who knew something so simple could taste so good! If you like apples as much as we do at my house, you really should try this.

Autumn Apple Salad

3-4 apples, chopped
1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
1/2 cup Craisins
6oz vanilla yogurt
Marshmallows, optional

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir till coated. Serve immediately.

Notes:
-The almonds must be toasted for best flavor.
-If you have non-nut or Craisin lovers at your house, you can just sprinkle those ingredients over the individual servings. Anything to avoid dinner table melt down!
