This is a really simple chicken recipe that my whole family enjoys. Sometimes I add a teaspoon or two of curry powder to the sauce, and that is nice for a spicy change. It is super quick to throw together, so it's perfect for nights when you don't have a lot of time to cook. I like to serve it over rice. It doesn't make a lot of sauce, so feel free to double the sauce if you prefer.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup honey
2-3 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Place chicken in a glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes, flipping chicken 2 or three times. Chicken is done when juices run clear.
-If desired, you can add 1-2 tsp of curry powder to the sauce.
