Since it has been two days since I have posted a recipe, and I know some of you are like me and go through withdrawals when your favorite bloggers don't post, (What, no one else does that? Whatever) here is a recipe. A healthy one even. I think it originally started out as a fruit dip, but I changed it. I almost always have sour cream in the fridge, so this is a really handy recipe for me. Hope you like it.



Sour Cream Fruit Salad
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
3 Tbsp brown sugar
4 apples, diced
1/2 can of pineapple chunks or tidbits, well drained
1 cup grapes
1 banana, sliced
Mix sour cream and sugar till dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve. Yum!
Notes:
-You can substitute any fruit you have on hand. I've used strawberries and they are fabulous!
-If you are so inclined, feel free to use regular sour cream. Just know that what I said about it being healthy won't apply so much. ![]()
