Brownies with Snickers

I love brownies. I love Snickers. I figured if I combined them both together, it was bound to be yummy. And oh boy was I right! The Snickers melt, filling the brownies with caramel-y goodness. And I added extra peanuts for more crunch. I thought they were just perfect. In a sinful addicting kinda way. Don't hate me if you can't stop eating them. :) brownies-with-snickers
Brownies with Snickers

3/4 cup butter, very soft
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanuts
3-4 Snickers bars, chopped
Beat butter, sugar, and corn syrup till creamy. Add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, add to butter mixture. Stir in peanuts and Snickers. Spread into a well greased 9×13" pan. *Bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until brownies just start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool and cut.

*I use a glass pan and bake at 325° for 25-28 minutes.
