I have four boys ranging from ages 8-17. Every one of them plays sports. If you have even one boy, you know that although they are awesome, they do not always smell awesome. Especially after playing sports. Since I prefer that my home smell like fresh spring air/citrus/cinnamon rolls rather than locker room/gym socks, I am a huge fan of Scentsy warmers. Have been for years. Love that I don't have to light any wicks, and they are great at filling my home with yummy smells.
I was thrilled when Scentsy contacted me asking if I would try out the 2012 ScenTrend kit.
I ordered this warmer, and it is currently residing in my kitchen, doing a fabulous job of covering up the scent of wet paint. Yes, I am still in the process of painting my cabinets. ![]()
I was thrilled to open up this pretty package and find bunches of candle melts.
The latest scent is Pink Pepper, and I got to mix it with several other scents to come up with new fragrances. To be honest, I don't love Pink Pepper all by itself. But it is great at toning down the sweetness of some of the fruity scents. I tried Paradise Punch mixed with Pink Pepper, and we liked it, especially my boys. Reminds me of tropical punch. My 2 oldest boys are using Pink Pepper + RU N2 Me in their room, and now it smells like a nice men's cologne. So much better than gym socks! ![]()
And last but not least, I tried a triple combo of Paradise Punch+Pink Pepper+Pixie.
It was my favorite. Kinda fruity, kinda spicy. Not as awesome as my favorite fall scents, but still really yummy.
The best part about all of this is that one of you gets to pick a Scentsy Warmer of your choice, as well as my three scent picks. Woohoo!!
