Easy DIY Christmas Decor–Joy Sign

The good news– my Christmas mantel is finally finished!

The bad news– it has been so cloudy outside that I have virtually no natural light, and I cannot get a decent photo to share with you.
Which is totally bumming me out, because I’m kinda proud of it.

Thankfully my husband and sons oohed and aahed over it last night, because after all that work, I just had to share it with someone.

Since I can’t show you my entire mantel, I’m gonna share just a sneak peak. I made a little Christmas sign that stands in the middle. It was super simple, but it was just the thing I needed to fill the space.

Here it is, temporarily residing on my entry table where I happen to have some light:

All I did was spray paint a dollar store frame white, cut out a piece of red cardstock, and adhere some vinyl letters to the front that I designed with my Silhouette. Easy peasy!

I know that some of you don’t have a way to cut your own vinyl lettering, so I am offering this JOY decal for $3 (includes shipping). If you’d like one, just click below!
