DownEast Home and Clothing Review

I was given the awesome opportunity this month to do a review for DownEast Home and Clothing. If you are familiar with them, you understand why I was excited. If you haven’t, you will after this post. ;)

Most ladies are familiar with their clothing line, but did you know they also sell furniture and home decor? Really cute furniture and home decor.  I was completely smitten as soon as I walked in the door. So many lovelies to see!

I love furniture that serves a dual purpose, so I loved this black storage bench.
It’s nice and deep, so you could fit tons of stuff in there.
downeast furnitureI love the detail on this bed. It would look so cute in a little girl’s room.
downeast-furniture-reviewIsn’t this next bench just adorable? Love the whimsical look of it with all the different chair backs and legs. So fun!
furniture-reviewDownEast also has some amazing accessories. They have them tucked in nooks and crannies all over the store, so I kept stumbling across things that caught my attention. I am a sucker for pretty home decor!

Loved these shabby chic hurricane lamps.
My mind was racing thinking of all the fun things they could be filled with for different holidays.
christmas-decorI thought this display was just gorgeous! The pretty red berries against the white lantern just looks classy.
Wouldn’t it make a lovely table centerpiece?

I also found some fun Christmas decor. They had a whole display of stocking hangers in different styles. I fell in love with those personalized frame stocking hangers. Aren’t they pretty?
christmas-decorThese little reindeer hangers are unique and fun as well. And that candle holder in the background was so pretty in real life!

Wanna know what made it home with me?

The blue sweater in the photo above.  And a few of those hurricane lamps. I wanted two of the smaller ones, but could only find one. Then a very helpful employee helped me scour the store till we found a second one. Great costumer service!

Two of them are sitting on my Christmas mantel filled with shredded foil and bells from the dollar store.
christmas-ideaThe taller one is on my entry table filled with Christmas ornaments.
christmas-decor-ideaI LOVE them, and I can’t wait to use them in my home decor all year round!

If you are a Utah local, and love fun and beautiful furniture, home decor, and clothing, you should definitely check out DownEast Home and Clothing!
If you don’t have a  store near you, you can shop DownEast online. They can also be found on facebook and twitter.

Disclaimer: DownEast provided me with a gift card, but the opinions are totally my own. I loved shopping there, and I am completely thrilled with my purchases!
