Yesterday I posted my favorite recipes from 2013, so I thought today I’d post my favorite projects. And as I was going through my posts, I realized something.
I have pretty much been a blogging loser. Why you ask?
My very favorite projects from the year. . . the ones that I spent hours and hours on. . . I never actually posted. What the?
I totally re-did our kitchen. Painted cabinets, hung beadboard, got new flooring, etc. I also finished my living room makeover. And after tearing down our deck three years ago, we finally finished building the new one. Three awesome accomplishments, and I shared none of them. What is wrong with me? Don’t answer that.
At least I’ll have some cool projects to share in 2014, right?
So, of the projects that I actually got around to posting about, here are some of my favorites? Which ones did you like the most?
White Winter Wreath
This is one of the quickest wreaths I have ever made, and I love the shimmery-ness of it! Can’t wait to pull it out and hang it up for January. 🙂
Valentine’s Day Matching Game
My boys loved this game, and they beat the snot out of me every time we played. It’s great for class parties!
Beadboard Cabinet Shelf
I used beadboard wallpaper for this space in my family room, and I love it. This is my very favorite project from 2013 (that actually made it onto the website). It made a huge impact on the look of my kitchen/family room!
I finished my cabinet shelf just in time for spring, so I was able to decorate the space. I loved the DIY spring decor that I made to put there!
I planned on doing a major makeover in our master bedroom, but I didn’t get very far. I did finish these gorgeous gathered pillows though!
I made a few fall projects, so I was able to spruce up my front entry table just in time for fall.
And of course I made my knock-off Ballard Design shelves and decked them all up in Christmas decor. Love the heck outta them!
And last but not least, my Printable 2014 Calendar pages. I am already using them to get organized for next year!
Thanks for hanging out in my little corner of the web. I really do love you guys and miss the good old days when we all used to comment. (Not pointing any fingers, I’m just as guilty as everyone else.)
I’m looking forward to a great year!!
