Top 10 Posts of 2016 . . . As we get to the end of a year, it is always fun for me to look back and see which posts have been the most popular with all of you awesome readers.
Of all the posts I published in the last twelve months, these are the ones that have received the most visits. Usually I do a top 10 recipe round-up, and a top 10 project round-up. But this year was a challenge for me health wise, so I didn’t have the energy for projects. I don’t even know if I posted ten of them. So I’m combining them this year. Thankfully I’m feeling much better and am looking forward to getting back into DIY mode in 2017!
Without further adieu, here are the ten top posts that I shared in 2016. Enjoy!

I got this recipe from my mom, and they are my favorite popcorn balls of all time. When I was growing up, we would make them with cut up gumdrops in them. You can use any candy you like, or just leave them plain. They are so yummy!
I love all things peanut butter, so I’m thrilled that this recipe made the list. The waffles are amazing, but it is the peanut butter syrup that really takes them over the top. Oh my word.
I recently discovered the joy of one pot meals, and I can’t wait to share more in the upcoming year. They are a lifesaver on busy nights. This beef stroganoff is a favorite with everyone in my family!
I never would have believed that you could actually make unbelievably soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls in one hour, and have them not taste yeasty. But you can, you definitely can. Boy am I glad I tried this recipe!
There are no words to describe the deliciousness of this pie. Is it a little time consuming? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely!!! The BEST chocolate pie I have ever tasted in my entire life.
Just looking at these pretty little scones makes me happy. I love all those cute berries peeking out everywhere. And the taste is out of this world. I love the balance of the sweet white chocolate and the tart cherries. Oh so good!
I grew up having dump cake fairly often, and I always loved it as a kid. As an adult I found it a bit too sweet for my liking. But this one starts with fresh berries instead of pie filling, and that makes all the difference in the world. It is phenomenal. And vanilla ice cream is not optional!
Oh sugar cookie bars, I love you! All the flavor of my favorite sugar cookies, with none of the hassle of rolling out dough. Nobody can resist these bars. They are simply divine!
I just shared these gift tags a few weeks ago, and I have been shocked at how popular they have become. One of my most viral posts of all time. I am absolutely thrilled, because it means that so many of you are out there spreading Christmas joy. That just makes my heart happy. Thank you!!
The method for making this cobbler is completely untraditional, but boy oh boy is it scrumptious! It’s so simple to make, doesn’t have any fancy ingredients, and smells heavenly while it bakes. A perfect fall dessert!
