There is so much awesomeness in blogland. Soooo many projects and recipes that I want to try. Am I the only one with over  a thousand cool ideas bookmarked? Please tell me I’m not a total freak. 🙂

I know I will never have time to make all of the fabulous things I would like to. But that doesn’t mean I can’t share them with you. So I’ve decided I’m going to start sharing inspiration from some of my favorite sites. Some of the ideas are new, some I’ve had bookmarked for ages.

I was going to be all clever and call my discoveries Friday Favorites. But I don’t want to be stuck with Fridays. I might stick with Fridays, but I might get tired of it. We’ll just have to see. 😉

Since I’m feeling a bit disorganized lately, I’m starting off by showing you some cute organizational projects that I totally wish someone would make for me.

I wish my house was full of these pleated baskets at Attempting Aloha. Love the canvas, love the jute ties, love the cute tags. These would be so dang cute in my laundry room.
organize-decorateAll four of my boys take piano books. That adds up to a bucketload of piano music! They have the hardest time remembering to put their stuff away when they are done practicing. I wish I had one of these magazine racks like Char over at Crap I’ve Made. Maybe if it was easier to put the books away, they would magically stay off the floor. At least I can dream.
organize-decorateI love it when people take junk and turn it into something totally functional. Beckie at Infarrantly Creative turned old soup cans into darling storage containers. I could use these not only in my craft room, but in the garage too. Genius!
organize-decorateI cannot begin to tell you how jealous I am of this beautiful coat rack over at 320 Sycamore. It even has the right amount of numbers for our family. Bestill my heart.
organize-decorateSo, what awesome organization ideas do you have?

  1. Check out the diaper boxes turned into cute storage bins at Positively Splendid…I did something similar on my blog ( but they didn’t turn out as cute because I rushed through them. :o)
