Do you love looking at model homes? I sure do! When Oakwood Homes asked if I would be interested in touring 4 of their new model homes in Salt Lake county, I jumped at the chance. And dragged my husband along. He didn’t complain too much- a free dinner was included. 🙂 Every house was gorgeous, and I was in heaven. I adore walking through stunning homes. So much inspiration!!
All of the homes in the Oakwood Homes Model Home Tour were beautiful, but this one was my favorite. It’s called the Avon. I loved the shade of grey blue siding. So lovely!
And now for the impeccably decorated rooms. I loved something about every single one of them. These houses were all gorgeous, and I loved the floor plans and attention to detail. So much inspiration!
If you follow me on Instagram, you saw a sneak peek of this awesome family room.
This cozy family room proves that a space doesn’t have to be huge to be inviting. Just lovely.
This rustic entertainment center caught my eye. Such a fun space for the family to hang out it, and everything is totally child-proofed. Fabulous for families with active children!
Love this light and airy family room, every detail was perfect! It is gorgeous, but cozy all at the same time. I think it was my favorite.
This grey and yellow master bedroom was my favorite. Aren’t those fuzzy pillows just dreamy? Also love the windows above the bed. So much natural light!
This master bedroom had a small sitting room to the side. Love! It would be so awesome to curl up in there with a good book.
This ballet bedroom would be a little girl’s dream. All the trim work is gorgeous, and don’t you just love those ballet shoes hanging on the wall?
It even has its own ballet barre. Every detail is perfect.
I love the bold colors in this room, and the beautiful wood cutouts above the bed.
My boys would love this football themed room. The stripes on the wall, the mounted footballs. I love that it’s sport themed, but not overdone. I just might have to re-create it in my older boys’ room.
Here’s another colorful bedroom. Love the striped curtains, and the red nightstands against the blue wall. It could work for a boy or a girl.
Hope you enjoyed the tour!!
