Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups whole almonds
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner; set aside.
  • Beat egg white, water, and vanilla in large bowl till frothy. (I like to use a glass bowl.) Stir in almonds.
  • Mix sugars, salt, and cinnamon and sprinkle over. Stir till almonds are well coated.
  • Pour coated almonds onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake at 250° for 60-90 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want the almonds to be toasted, but don’t let them burn!
