Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 pounds purple or green grapes
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Wash grapes and wipe dry with paper towels, then place in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer till smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour dressing over grapes and stir to coat. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans on top right before serving.

Notes

  • You can use both light cream cheese and light sour cream to make the salad lower in saturated fat. It won’t be quite as thick, but it will still taste delicious!
  • The amount of grapes doesn't need to be exact. You can use any amount between 3-4 pounds.
