- 2 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 ⅓ cups milk
- ¼ cup oil
Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl (with a pourable spout if you have one.)
Whisk together eggs, milk, and oil in a small bowl. Stir into dry ingredients till just combined.
