Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 ⅓ cups milk
  • ¼ cup oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl (with a pourable spout if you have one.)
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, and oil in a small bowl. Stir into dry ingredients till just combined.
  • Cook in a hot waffle iron. Serve hot with your choice of syrup or toppings.
