Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to a year.
To make taco meat: Brown a pound of ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off all fat.
Add about 3 tablespoons of your homemade taco seasoning to the drained meat, then add 1/4 cup of water.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes, adding more water if mixture seems dry.

Nutrition information is based on using 3 tablespoons of mix per pound of ground beef, and six servings per pound.
