Packed with veggies and protein, this Asian flavored egg roll in a bowl is low carb. It's so easy and delicious, it's sure to become a regular on your weekly menu!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ pound pork sausage
  • 1 Tbsp salted butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
  • 14 oz bag Dole coleslaw mix no dressing
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ tsp dry red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage. Drain fat if desired. 
  • Add butter and garlic, saute for about a minute.
  • Add broccoli slaw, coleslaw mix, green onion, soy sauce, water, and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir for 5-8 minutes, or till cabbage is tender. 
  • Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  • If desired, garnish with additional green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

This is also really tasty drizzled with sesame oil!
