Instructions
Whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla till brown sugar is mostly dissolved.
Add the wet mixture to the flour mixture, lightly whisk till just combined. Cook in a waffle iron till lightly browned.
Notes
If you only have regular oats, blend them up a bit in a blender or food processor.
