Ingredients

Garlic butter:
½
cup
melted salted butter
½
tsp
garlic powder

Italian seasoning

parsley

Kraft parmesan cheese
in the green can
Instructions
Combine water, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add soy lecithin if desired.
Add 2-3 cups of the flour and beat for 5 minutes. Stir in additional flour till you have a soft dough.
Let rest 5 minutes, then roll out on a counter sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Cut into pieces with the edge of a glass or cup. Place cut pieces into muffin cups sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Whisk together the garlic butter ingredients and brush the tops of the rolls lightly with the mixture.
Let raise 20- 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. (The bottoms brown quickly, I like to cook mine on an upper rack)
Brush the remaining garlic butter over the hot rolls.
Notes
I usually prefer fresh parmesan cheese, but the canned cheese does work better for this recipe.
