These lightly spiced pumpkin pancakes are extra tasty served with homemade cinnamon syrup!

- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour I use half whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
Whisk milk, vinegar, pumpkin, egg, and oil till smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add. Whisk just till blended, batter will have small lumps.
Bake on skillet heated to medium low heat.
Serve with cinnamon syrup.
