Sirloin Steak Marinade

This homemade steak marinade calls for simple ingredients, but it makes the most juicy and flavorful steak!

- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp dried basil
- 1 ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 pounds sirloin steak
Combine all ingredients in a large container or ziplock bag.
Add steak and cover container or seal the bag.
Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
Let steak sit at room temperature for 20-25 minutes before grilling.
Heat grill to high heat. Cook steaks for 3-5 minutes, or until nicely seared.
Flip steaks and grill for about 3 minutes. Turn heat down to medium low and cook till desired doneness. We like it best rare-medium rare. (130-135°)
- One serving is about 6 ounces of steak.
- You can make up to 5 pounds of steak in the marinade.
