  • cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 pounds sirloin steak

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large container or ziplock bag.
  • Add steak and cover container or seal the bag.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
  • Let steak sit at room temperature for 20-25 minutes before grilling.
  • Heat grill to high heat. Cook steaks for 3-5 minutes, or until nicely seared.

Notes

  • You can make up to 5 pounds of steak in the marinade.
