Instructions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet with onion over medium high heat. Drain off any grease.
Add remaining ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Notes
-If you like your green peppers crunchy, add them after the mixture has simmered. I prefer it that way.
