- 1 ¼ cups soft butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 ⅓ cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate baking chips
- 1 cup Craisins
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Fold in white chips, dried cranberries, and nuts.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on the pan before removing to cooling racks.
