In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grapes, celery, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, ranch dressing, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing into the chicken mixture. Stir together until all the ingredients are well coated. Either serve immediately, or chill for a few hours, or overnight.
Just before serving, stir in the almonds. Serve on a sliced roll or crossaint, in a flour tortilla, or on a bed of lettuce.
Notes
You can store leftover chicken salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For meal prep, you can prepare the salad a few hours or even a day ahead of time. Just don't add the nuts until serving time, because the dressing makes them soft.
