Best Ever Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 ½ Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 6 boneless pork chops

Instructions
 

  • Combine first five ingredients in a large ziplock bag.
  • Add pork chops and seal bag closed. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Discard marinade.
  • Grill pork chops over medium flame just until they reach an internal temperature of 145°, about 5 minutes per side.
