Blueberry Sauce

Delicious fresh blueberry sauce made with a hint of orange. Perfect over breakfast pancakes, or served with dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup water or more
  • ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan. Add the 1/2 cup water and orange juice concentrate and stir till smooth.
  • Add the blueberries and bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. If sauce is too thick, add additional water.
