Ingredients
  

  • cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp salted butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp basil
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp seasoning salt
  • 5 4.5 oz tilapia fillets

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set your oven to BROIL - high.
  • Stir together parmesan cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Season both sides of the tilapia with basil, pepper, and seasoning salt. Place on the prepared pan.
  • Broil tilapia for 2-3 minutes. Flip carefully and broil for about 2 minutes on the second side.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the fillets. Broil for 2 more minutes or till topping is bubbly and internal temperature is 145°.
