- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp salted butter melted
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp basil
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp seasoning salt
- 5 4.5 oz tilapia fillets
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set your oven to BROIL - high.
Stir together parmesan cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
Season both sides of the tilapia with basil, pepper, and seasoning salt. Place on the prepared pan.
Broil tilapia for 2-3 minutes. Flip carefully and broil for about 2 minutes on the second side.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the fillets. Broil for 2 more minutes or till topping is bubbly and internal temperature is 145°.
