Instructions
Melt caramels and water in small glass bowl in microwave. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer in a mixing bowl till smooth.
Slowly beat in melted caramel, brown sugar, and vanilla till smooth.
Serve with sliced apples. Enjoy!
Notes
You can store leftover dip in the refrigerator for up to a week. If it separates a bit, just give it a good stir before serving.
