These easy brownies are made in one pan, and they are so chewy and fudgy!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8" square pan with non stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Bring sugar, butter, oil, and water to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat.
  • Add chips and stir till melted. Cool slightly.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and whisk till smooth. Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325° for about 25 minutes.

Notes

Make sure the chocolate mixture is cooled before you add the eggs or you will have chocolate covered scrambled eggs.
