Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8" square pan with non stick cooking spray; set aside.
Bring sugar, butter, oil, and water to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat.
Add chips and stir till melted. Cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla and whisk till smooth. Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325° for about 25 minutes.
Notes
Make sure the chocolate mixture is cooled before you add the eggs or you will have chocolate covered scrambled eggs.
