- 1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 8 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
- ¾ cup chopped roasted salted peanuts (for rolling)
Melt chocolate chips in a large glass bowl in the microwave at 50% power, stirring often.
Add peanut butter and stir till well blended. Cover and chill for about 20 minutes.
Stir in Cool Whip till thoroughly mixed. Chill for several hours or overnight.
Roll in balls, then roll in chopped peanuts. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These taste better after a day or two. It is best to make them ahead of time and roll them in nuts right before serving.
