Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • cup corn syrup or honey
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cup evaporated milk
  • ½ tsp butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Watch closely so it doesn’t boil over.
  • Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk and flavorings.
  • Serve over pancakes, waffles, or french toast.
