- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ⅔ cup corn syrup or honey
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
- ½ tsp butter flavoring
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Watch closely so it doesn’t boil over.
Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk and flavorings.
Serve over pancakes, waffles, or french toast.
