Cut the pretzel rolls in half and place the bottom halves cut side up in a 9x13" baking dish. Set aside. (I could fit 11 in my pan.)
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Cook in a medium hot skillet till just set. Try not to scramble them too much, just flip them over. (Don't overcook, they will finish cooking as the sandwiches bake.)
Divide cooked eggs between the bottom buns. Top with ham, then cheese slices. You will need to break up the cheese slices and stack them on top of the meat. Add the pretzel bun tops.
Whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Brush evenly over the tops of the sliders.
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes, or till cheese melts. Serve hot.
