- ½ cup light sour cream or full fat
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 apples diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup purple grapes
- 1 banana sliced
- You can substitute any fruit you have on hand. I've used strawberries and they are fabulous!
- If you are so inclined, feel free to use regular sour cream. Just know that what I said about it being healthy won't apply so much. :)
