Easy Sour Cream Fruit Salad

Creamy fruit salad made with sour cream and brown sugar dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup light sour cream or full fat
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 apples diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup purple grapes
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together sour cream and sugar in a large bowl till sugar is dissolved.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and serve. Yum!

Notes

  • You can substitute any fruit you have on hand. I've used strawberries and they are fabulous!
  • If you are so inclined, feel free to use regular sour cream. Just know that what I said about it being healthy won't apply so much. :)
