Ingredients
  

  • 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp SAF instant yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil and water. Knead a few times on a greased countertop till smooth. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
  • Pat dough 1/2" thick on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes or till lightly browned. Serve warm.
