3cupsfrozen shredded hashbrownsthawed

Topping:
½poundpork sausage
4eggs
pinchof salt
1 ½cupsgrated cheddar cheese
2green onionssliced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of a 10" tart pan with butter.
For crust: In a medium bowl, beat the egg until frothy, then add the hash browns, salt, and pepper. Mix well and press very firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan.
Bake at 450° on the lowest rack of your oven for 20 minutes, or till starting to brown.
Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a skillet. Drain and set aside. Beat the eggs with the salt and cook in the same skillet. (You can add a bit of oil if you need to.) Set aside.
Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the scrambled eggs and browned sausage over the top. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes, or till cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions and cut into slices.
Notes
-Feel free to use any toppings your family loves. Ham, bacon, bell peppers, and onions are all tasty.
