While searching through one of my old cookbooks, I found a recipe for breakfast pizza that started with a hash brown crust. I was intrigued, and knew I had to give it a try. Guys, this stuff is delicious! You can brown the sausage and bake the crust ahead of time, making it really easy to throw together in the morning.
We don’t even have anyone in the family on a gluten free diet, but I will be making this breakfast pizza often. It is similar to the breakfast hash that my family adores, but in pizza form. We all loved it!
