3Tbspbacon bits3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish (or 8x11" pan) with non stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef with onion in a large skillet over medium or medium high heat. Drain off excess fat.
Turn heat to medium low; add garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika and saute for one minute.
Add cream cheese and worcestershire sauce and stir till cream cheese is melted. Pour into prepared pan.
Whisk together eggs, mustard, cream, and half of the cheese. Pour over the meat mixture.
Sprinkle diced pickle over the top, followed by the last cup of shredded cheese, then the bacon bits.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes if using a casserole dish, or for 20-25 minutes if using an 8x11" pan. Cheese will be lightly browned around the edges, and the center should be 165°, but a knife will not come out clean.
