Instructions
Measure the one cup of cream in a 2 cup liquid measuring cup. Add the mayonnaise, pushing it below the cream until the liquid reaches 1 3/4 cup.
Add the sour cream, water, and seasonings. Whisk till smooth
Cover dressing and chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

-One serving is 2 tablespoons.
