In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, cream, worcestershire, and dry ranch dressing mix. Mix together until well blended.
Scoop mixture into 24 portions and roll into balls.
Heat a skillet to medium high heat. Add butter and cook the meatballs until browned on the outside and no longer pink. It takes about 6-8 minutes.
Serve as is or with marinara, BBQ, alfredo, or your favorite sauce!
Notes
Alternatively, you can bake the meatballs on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally so they brown evenly.
