- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- ½ cup finely diced green pepper
- ½ cup finely diced ham
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 5 Tbsp cream
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
Saute onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat for about five minutes, or till crisp tender.
Stir in ham and corn and heat through.
Stir in cream, then add pepper and salt to taste. Heat through but don't boil.
