5ozdiced tomatoes and green chilies (half a can)I use Rotel original, drained
Instructions
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat till crisp. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
Reserve about 1/2 a tablespoon of bacon grease. Add the onion, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Fry in the bacon grease till tender, about 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and drain any extra grease.
Add the cream cheese and sour cream to a slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Cook on HIGH for 1-2 hours, or on LOW for 2-3. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
You can also place in a small baking dish, top with extra cheese and bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
