Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Cinnamon rice pudding made in the slow cooker. So easy!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup raw rice I used long grain
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups whole milk or 2%
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Spray inside of slow cooker with non-stick spray. (I used a 6 quart slow cooker.)
  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Whisk together to blend in the cinnamon.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours, or on LOW for 4-5. I cooked mine on HIGH for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
