Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup salted butter very soft
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup roasted, salted peanuts
  • 10.4 oz bag snickers miniatures chopped

Instructions
 

  • Chop peanuts and snicker bars; set aside. Spray a 9x13" pan liberally with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whisk butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a mixing bowl till creamy. Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Add to butter mixture. Stir in peanuts and Snickers.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brownies just start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  • Cool and cut into squares.

Notes

-I like to set aside about 7 of the chopped mini snickers and sprinkle them on top of the batter.
