Preheat your oven to 250°. Spray a large rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Pour the oyster crackers into a large bowl, preferably with a lid.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, dry ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Drizzle the oil mixture over the crackers. Place the lid on the bowl and shake gently for 30-60 seconds, or until all the crackers are evenly coated. (Or stir with a silicone spatula.)
Spread the crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 250° for 15 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
Make sure they are cooled completely before storing them in a resealable plastic bag or other airtight container.
Notes
Feel free to use more or less red pepper flakes to adjust the heat to your liking.
Store cooled crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
