I love fresh fruit, and there is nothing yummier then dunking it into a bowl of sweet and creamy dip. So good. We especially love eating fresh strawberries. I thought adding some chopped up strawberries to a simple dip would probably taste amazing, so I gave it a try. Oh heavens. This stuff is incredible people!
This incredible Strawberry Cheesecake Dip will leave you wanting to lick the bowl!To say that my family loved it is an understatement. I started off by making a half batch just to test it out. We finished it off so fast I ended up making another batch the next day! I think several pounds of fruit were consumed at my house in those two days. So yummy!

You can whip up this Strawberry Cheesecake Dip in 5 minutes, and it is simply irresistible!

This yummy fruit dip only has three ingredients, and you can whip up a batch in about 5 minutes. You can use any fruit you like, but of course it is amazing with strawberries. We also dipped bananas, apples, pineapple, and pretzel sticks. Trust me, this strawberry cheesecake dip will be a hit no matter where you serve it!

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (I used light)
  • 1 7oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup finely diced fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Place in a mixing bowl and beat till smooth. Add the marshmallow cream and beat till well mixed. Add strawberries and beat well. Serve immediately or chill. Serve with fresh fruit.
