Rosette Canvas Pillow

My cute friend Michelle over at Someday Crafts is doing a pillow linky party today, so I figured it was a good idea to finish up the pillow I started last week. Nothing like waiting till the last minute. ๐Ÿ˜‰

When I was at CBC a few months ago, I saw a lady carrying a bag with a HUGE flower on it. I loved it. We all did. It was super cool. I still haven’t made the bag, but I decided to take the idea and use it on a pillow. We are re-doing our living room but haven’t picked a color scheme yet, so I needed something neutral. You guessed it. I used my canvas. If I can ever decide on a color, I’ll make more pillows that are colorful. But I love how it turned out with the big rosette. So pretty!

decorating-rosette-pillowI can’t wait to make more pillows, it was such a fun project!

I’m working on it. I tried to do a video tutorial, but couldn’t get it to work, so I’m starting over with a step by step version. It should be ready early next week. ๐Ÿ™‚
