Sounds Good! We had melted cheese poured over the steamed cauliflower and we didn’t have a drop left. Now if someone would come up with a good receipe for brussel sprouts. (he-he)

Perfect, I have a bunch of cauliflower to use up! I must say that although I comment more on the treat posts, I actually end up cooking more of the healthy stuff from your blog. So don’t think we don’t like those too. 🙂

Have you tried cauliflower fried “rice”? Chop up your cauliflower in a food processor to rice-sized bits, fry your other ingredients (I use chopped onions, mushrooms, peppers, bacon, etc.), add the cauliflower to the frying pan, cook with lid on for 5 minutes, remove lid and fry at a higher heat to get some crispy edges. I also add a chopped up scrambled egg for protein. Do those instructions make sense?

My husband is a potato guy and he thinks it’s great.

That does sound good. I’ll have to give it a try. If I throw in some bacon, it’s sure to be a hit!
