    Why do you put oil in with the green chocolate? Can you eliminate the oil?
    I use green chocolate melts and when I add something to them, the chocolate seizes and becomes crumbled instead of smooth

      The vegetable oil makes the candy melts a bit easier to work with, and makes the candies a bit softer. Just make sure you don’t add butter or margarine! They both have water, and any water added to chocolate will make it seize. But if you prefer to omit the oil, that’s just fine too!

      Yes, I think you could freeze them. Sometimes chocolate gets a streaky look when you freeze it, but it doesn’t affect the taste.
