Green Food for St. Patrick’s Day

At our house, St. Patrick’s Day is all about the food. It usually comes so close to Easter that I don’t even bother putting up any decorations. But I can’t miss out on all the fun green food. I’m not typically a user of much food coloring, but for St. Patrick’s day I pull the stuff out. Because my kids really do get a kick out of seeing (and eating) all the green food I can come up with.
