Oreo Cheesecake Brownies. Just saying the word makes me start to drool. These brownies are just decadent. Nice and fudgy with chunks of Oreo cookies in them. And then there's the whole cream cheese layer thing. Takes them over the top. Uber delicious! I may or may not have hidden the last brownie so that I wouldn't have to share it with anyone. ![]()
We like them served with a nice cold glass of milk. Because they are pretty rich. Not that I mind.
Oreo Cheesecake Brownies
Filling:
8oz cream cheese, softened (I used light)
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 Oreos, crushed
Brownie:
1 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
15 Oreos, coarsely crushed
For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla; then stir in Oreos. Set aside.
For brownies, beat butter, sugars, and cocoa till well combined and smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, then Oreos. Pour batter into a well greased 9×13" pan. (I like to line mine with foil.) Pour filling over the top and spread evenly. Swirl with a knife or spoon handle. Bake at 350° for about 40-45 minutes or till toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before serving.

These do look pretty rich and they look pretty darn delicious too.
